JAEPP`s publisher transition

The Journal of Accounting, Ethics & Public Policy (JAEPP) is pleased to announce that, as of March 2026, the journal is published by the University of Southern Indiana, United States.

This development builds upon the academic leadership of Prof. Mark McKnight, Editor-in-Chief of JAEPP and faculty member at the University of Southern Indiana. The transition strengthens the journal’s institutional framework while preserving its continuity, editorial independence, open-access mission, and established focus on the intersection of accounting, ethics, and public policy.

Founded in 1998 by Dr. Robert W. McGee, JAEPP remains committed to rigorous peer review, interdisciplinary scholarship, and free access to academic research, with no submission or publication charges.

We are excited to announce the appointment of Dr. Mark McKnight, Professor of Accounting at the University of Southern Indiana, USA, as the new Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Accounting, Ethics & Public Policy (JAEPP), effective immediately. Dr. McKnight has served as a reviewer for the journal since 2022, and we are confident that his expertise and dedication will contribute significantly to the journal's continued growth and success.
